SCHRITT 2: DOKUMENTE VORBEREITEN

WELCHE UNTERLAGEN WERDEN BENÖTIGT?

  • Gültiger Reisepass oder Personalausweis
  • Gültiges Visum oder Aufenthaltsgenehmigung (gilt nur für NICHT EU-Bürger)
  • Scheidungsurteil oder Sterbeurkunde (falls zutreffend)
  • Geburtsurkunden Ihrer gemeinsamen Kinder (falls zutreffend)
  • Militärischer Erlass / Schreiben des befehlshabenden Offiziers (nur für Angehörige des Militärs)
  • Dokumentation zum Nachweis der Beziehung (nur bei Bedarf)

SCHRITT 3: ANTRAGSPROZESS BEGINNEN

WAS SIND DIE KOSTEN?

Der Antragsprozess kostet €245 pro Person (€490 pro Paar), zuzüglich der Gebühren an das Familiengericht. Diese Kosten sind nicht erstattungsfähig, sobald der Antragsprozess begonnen hat. Die Reservierung des Heiratstermins ist KOSTENFREI. Gebühren entstehen erst, wenn die Heiratserlaubnis vorliegt und die Buchung verbindlich wird.
